If your institution is paying for your congress registration then complete your registration requirements on the above site and click on ‘please send me a tax invoice’ under alternative payment options to have a tax invoice generated for this purpose.

VISAS
All International visitors require a valid passport and visa for entry into Australia (New Zealand visitors require a valid passport only). A facility for electronically issuing visas, The Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) system, is currently available through international travel agents and airlines in over 30 countries including the US, UK, parts of Western Europe, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan. For Non-ETA countries it is advisable that you register early in order to commence the visa application process in order to facilitate your travel plans. CALLING ALL SIGs, FOCUS GROUPS, INTEREST GROUPS
For all those interested in getting together in small special interest groups, focus groups or having registry group meetings, please contact the Local Organizing Committee via admin@anzcns.org.au to discuss your plans and requirements. The Committee will be happy to facilitate and support such gatherings with adequate notice when clear proposals and plans are provided and reviewed.

HELP US PROMOTE ICNC/AOCCN 2012
The Joint 12th ICNC and 11th AOCCN are the biennial meetings of ICNA and AOCNA. For members of ICNA or AOCNA who wish to promote the meeting Nationally or Internationally there will shortly be a link where congress promotional material can be downloaded. Such material will include a PowerPoint presentation slide to include in talks, flyers to distribute at local meetings, posters for your institutions and email texts to send to local sponsors to advise them about ICNC/AOCCN 2012 and encourage their involvement in the meeting or support of delegates attending. If you wish to let us know of other avenues to promote ICNC/AOCCN 2012 then please do so by emailing the committee at admin@anzcns.org.au
