In 2011, the joint conference for the Engineering and Physical Sciences in Medicine and the Australian Biomedical Engineering Conference will be in Darwin for the first time.
EPSM-ABEC is the premier medical physics and biomedical engineering conference in Australasia. The conference will have keynote addresses, scientific sessions and workshops for:
Biomedical Engineering: hospital employed clinical engineers & biomedical technicians; and
Medical Physics: radiation oncology, nuclear medicine, radiology & radiation safety physicists, scientists, academics, clinicians and technicians.
All clinical and research oriented professionals, academics, educators, medical device organisations and students will benefit from attending.
The conference aims to bring together national and international speakers alike, especially our nearest neighbours in Asia, to share new innovations, new techniques and new equipment applications from the fields of physics, engineering, and biology.
